After more than a decade’s experience as a lawyer in multiple jurisdictions in the Caribbean, Daisy Joseph Andall joined the Joseph Rowe team as a partner in 2021.
Having held dynamic portfolios including Associate Attorney in one of the Grenada’s leading corporate law firms, General Counsel for a St. Kitts CBI real estate project and VP Corporate Development & Legal Affairs in a global development company with projects across the Caribbean including Grenada and Saint Maarten, Daisy is always ready to provide our clients with commercially strategic real-world solutions.
Daisy has a keen eye for detail, strong relationship building skills and a passion for problem-solving through practical application of the law. Over the years, she has successfully led and managed negotiations with regional governments on behalf of clients in the areas of land acquisition, development permitting, tax concessions packages and labour matters. Her primary areas of practice include Corporate Law, Real Estate Development, Investment Migration (CBI), Conveyancing and Property Law, Employment Law, Mortgages and Finance Law.
