The St. Kitts and Nevis Merchant Shipping Act is a relatively new piece of legislation based primarily on English maritime law. We work very closely with the St. Kitts and Nevis International Ship Registry to assist with the registration of vessels and specialize particularly in the registration of mortgages over St. Kitts and Nevis vessels. Our Managing Partner, Dahlia Joseph Rowe, on the request of the Ship Registrar has provided a general opinion on ship mortgages which is posted on the Registry’s website at http://www.stkittsnevisregistry.net

Should any dispute arise with respect to any vessel, we are well-equipped and trained to handle such contentious admiralty matters.
